Postage and Returns

We post all of our orders out by Royal Mail first class post or second class for heavier items. When checking out, there is also an option to collect locally, from our shop in Tavistock, Devon.
All our items are for personalisation and we work very hard aiming to dispatch orders within 3 working days from receiving your images and/or text details. However, in order to allow for busier times, we guarantee to have your item dispatched within 5 working days (Monday to Friday) from receiving your images and/or text details.

All of our jewellery and gifts are made to the highest standards. However, in the unlikely event you have a damaged item, please would you photograph and contact us as soon as possible (sales@eternalprints.co.uk). We will assess the damage, and replace the item for you within 3 to 5 working days or issue a refund.

If you have noticed a mistake in your wording, please first of all, check your communications to ensure that it was right in the first place! No replacements will be offered for mistakes that are not our fault. However, if the mistake is indeed ours, we will replace your item free of charge, within
3 - 5 working days.

As all of our products are personalised, no refunds or exchanges can be given unless damaged or a mistake has been made.
